The democratic ruins.

Published by ccramer11 at 1:14 am under Uncategorized Edit This

Are the two democratic presidential nominees destroying each other? By reading CNN.com, I see a battle for the Michigan and Florida delegates to count. Meanwhile, McCain is sitting pretty simply campaigning for votes and taking a ::gasp:: break on occasion while Clinton is so sleep-deprived that she says she’s changing the facts and Obama looks like he needs a good night of sleep and about twenty burgers. They both just look so worn out. And regardless of the fact that McCain is actually the oldest, he may be coming across as the most lively except for Obama’s “moving” speeches. Also, according to something I heard on Leno tonight, almost 20% of each candidates supporters are going to vote for McCain if their candidate of choice doesn’t win. Twenty percent?! That is a HUGE number… especially in this election. If the primaries are so tight then what can we even expect from the actual election? I’m guessing some sort of riot will go on November 4th, 2008. Whether it be a victory riot or not I think depends on the democratic side. After seeing the things happen during the Bush Administration, I was certain that a Republican had no chance of winning this election. But the way everything is panning out, McCain in fact, does have a chance. And if Hillary and Barack keep bickering, they are slowly but surely tearing their party apart. Not to say that the Republicans are completely united-there is a clear division among the conservative and liberal republicans- but they sure as hell would vote for their candidate over either democrat. In the most interesting election season anyone has ever seen, there is only one thing to do. Vote.
